Each project requires specific sets of competences and management practices; project teams are specifically assembled to deal with a given project and the latest collaborative solutions are deployed for business communications and project management purposes.
citizen-ecosystem operates as a network organization - that is, an intelligent hub of professionals- delivering highly expert knowledge, skills and experienced dictated by each client's unique circumstance. The network, which extends across Northern Europe, Mediterranean Europe, United States, Mexico, Chile and Argentina, allows the company not only to have a flexible/scalable organizational structure but to work across borders.
